Terms and Exclusions
Must present a current SuperGold Card at the time of appointment.
One free 30-minute Will & EPOA review appointment per 12 months per cardholder.
Review is limited to existing Will/EPOAs and discussing recommended next steps. Drafting, amendments, witnessing, registration, conveyancing, disputes, court work, and written advice are all excluded.
Any further work is charged at our standard rates or agreed fixed fee once quoted and approved.
