New payment rates
From 1 April 2012, the rates of NZ Super and Veteran’s Pension will increase. Check out the new rates on the Ministry of Social Development’s Seniors website.

Did you know payment dates for NZ Super/Veteran’s Pension are published on the Seniors website?
Easter payment
NZ Super/Veteran’s Pension payments will be paid into accounts and available via ATM/Eftpos on Friday 6 April. This is earlier than the normal payday of 10 April.

Using your SuperGold Card in Australia - update
You can now use your card at participating businesses in Australia. Australian Seniors card holders can do the same here.
Businesses are in the process of signing up so ask businesses displaying the Seniors Card logo if they also accept the SuperGold Card. Read more on the SuperGold Card website.

Did you know that if you are 65 years and over you can get free influenza immunisation to protect you from this serious illness?
